Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 350-400°F. While the grill heats up, pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel letting them air dry for few minutes.

Pour the avocado oil over the salmon fillets and evenly brush the oil over the surface of each fillet. Sprinkle them with sea salt.

Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin-side-down. Grill them for around 3-4 minutes.

Brush the sweet and sour sauce over the salmon and continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and springs back to the touch.

While the salmon grills, prepare the pineapple salsa. In a medium bowl, mix the pineapple, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro, diced jalapeno, and minced garlic.
ASSEMBLY

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and lay it on a serving platter. Spoon your homemade pineapple salsa over the top of the grilled salmon fillets and serve immediately while warm.
