Gourmet Baked Cheese Fries with Signature Ranch Dressing
Experience the delight of homemade french fries topped with rich, melted Gruyère cheese, crispy bacon, and finely chopped herbs. Served and enjoyed with a side of our Signature Ranch Dressing. It's a wonderful appetizer that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Toss them with vegetable oil and spread out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake until golden and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.

Remove fries from oven and sprinkle shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the top.

Return the fries to the oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon, finely chopped green onions and fresh parsley over the cheese.
RANCH DRESSING

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced fresh chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill weed, and fresh lemon juice to make the Signature Ranch Dressing.
