Enjoy a delicious, easy-to-make ramen corn chowder that's packed with flavor and ready in under 20 minutes. The combination of tender ramen noodles, corn, and savory bacon creates a hearty, satisfying dish with a delightful hint of curry.
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil.

Break the chicken ramen noodles into large pieces.

Add the broken noodles and contents of the seasoning packet to boiling water.

Reduce heat to medium, and cook the noodles uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Stir in the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon dried minced onion, and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. Heat the mixture until it's heated through.

Stir in 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup chopped cooked bacon, 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, and 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives until well combined.

Serve the chowder hot, topping with additional cheddar cheese and minced fresh chives, if desired.
