Set a large pot of salted water on high heat and bring to a boil

Add the udon noodles to the boiling water, and cook according to the instructions on the package

Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process

In a blender, combine the toasted sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, creamy peanut butter, light brown sugar, freshly grated ginger, minced garlic, and sriracha hot sauce
