1
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, evenly brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2
Arrange the prepared biscuit dough balls in a circular formation along the edge of the skillet. Cover the skillet with a cloth and allow the dough balls to rise until they double in size, approximately 60 minutes.
DIP PREPARATION
3
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, grated Romano cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, sour cream, chopped artichoke hearts, well-drained spinach, minced garlic, dried basil, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
DIP & BAKE
4
Once the dough has doubled, uncover and scoop the prepared dip into the center of the skillet.
5
Brush the tops of the dough balls with some olive oil and sprinkle extra Mozzarella cheese on top.
6
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. If the bread starts to brown too quickly, reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or cover the bread with a ring of aluminum foil. Let the skillet cool slightly before serving.
