Savory Beef Stir Fry with Fresh Veggies and Noodles
A mouth-watering beef stir fry dish made with tender, juicy beef, fresh stir-fry vegetables, and soft lo mein noodles, all soaked in a rich, flavorful orange-ginger sauce.
Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper, and toss with 2 tbsp cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned beef in small batches until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Set aside.

Add the remaining vegetable oil to the wok, and cook the bell peppers, broccoli florets, snow peas, and carrots for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In a bowl, combine orange juice, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic ginger paste.

Add the sauce mix to the wok and bring to a simmer.

In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, and then slowly whisk it into the simmering sauce.

Allow to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Return the vegetables and beef to the wok, and cook until fully heated through.

Serve the stir fry over cooked lo mein noodles and garnish with chopped green onions.
