Heat the olive oil into a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the pot and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sea salt, dried oregano, and cinnamon. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
