Preheat the oven to 425°F. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place it in a baking dish.

In another bowl, combine the Panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
SALMON

Spread mayonnaise over the fillet. Evenly distribute the spice mix over the mayonnaise layer. Then, cover with the grated cheddar cheese.

Evenly spread the crust mixture over the layer of cheddar cheese.
BAKING

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the salmon is cooked through. If the topping browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Allow it to rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven before serving.
