STIR FRY

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry until they're half-cooked, approximately 3-4 minutes.

Add the broccoli florets and thinly sliced bell pepper into the pan. Continue stir frying for another 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender, and chicken is fully cooked.
SAUCE

In a separate bowl, mix chicken stock, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, grated ginger, the dissolved cornstarch and soy sauce to create the stir-fry sauce.

Pour the sauce into the pan over the chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the stir fry. Remove from heat.
