Drain the cooked orzo and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and cool.

In a food processor or a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil. Pulse the food processor or whisk in bowl until all ingredients are well combined.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled orzo, halved tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped kalamata olives, rinsed chickpeas and sliced green onions.
