Bring Italy to your dining table with this easy, stove-top version of pasta lasagna! This Skillet-Baked Pasta Lasagna is saucy, cheesy and filled with flavorful Italian sausage. A perfect dish for feeding a crowd, made all the simpler by eliminating the typical lasagna assembly.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add rigatoni pasta and cook for half the time indicated on the package, then drain the pasta and set aside.
