Pour the beef broth over the pasta, ensuring that the broth covers as much of the pasta as possible. Next, add the spaghetti sauce on top, but do not mix.

Secure the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to SEALING, and select MANUAL (or PRESSURE COOK) with a 4-minute cooking time.

Once the cooking time is up, perform a QUICK RELEASE of pressure — watch out for foam or bubbles. If they appear, move the valve back to venting and wait a minute or two before trying again.
