In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breast with oil, chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt until thoroughly cooked. Once done, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Prepare the microwaveable Mexican rice as per the instructions given on the packet. Set it aside.

Preheat your oven to 375°F and set out the 10-inch tortillas.

Assemble the burritos by placing a serving of rice in the center of each tortilla, followed by cooked chicken, shredded cheddar, pinto beans, Pico de Gallo, and a dollop of sour cream.

Fold both sides of the tortilla towards the center and roll it up tightly.

Wrap each burrito tightly in a 10-inch piece of aluminum foil.
