In a food processor, add drained garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, cumin, and salt. Pulse for about 1 minute.

With the food processor running, slowly pour in olive oil and 2 Tbsp of the reserved garbanzo bean liquid. Continue processing until hummus is smooth and thick, adding more liquid if needed (1 Tbsp at a time).

Spread hummus in an even layer in an 11x7 or 8x8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate to chill.

In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, and the remaining 1 minced garlic clove.

Spread yogurt mixture in an even layer over the hummus.

Top with diced cucumber, halved grape tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped red onion.

Serve immediately with pita chips for best results. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
