Indulge in a healthful feast with our Herb-Infused, Foil-Wrapped Salmon. Pairing succulent salmon with a melange of herbs and notes of sweetness, this dish is a culinary delight! Wrapping the salmon in foil allows it to soak up the aromatic garlic-butter sauce, yielding a moist, tender, and flavorfu...
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with two pieces of overlapping aluminum foil enough to completely wrap each piece of salmon.
2
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried rosemary, and dried thyme. Stir until fully combined.
3
Place each salmon piece skin-side down, on the aluminum foil. Evenly distribute the butter-herb mixture over the top of each salmon piece. Fold up the aluminum foil on all sides to create a sealed packet.
4
Place the foil packets on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes.
SIDE
5
While the salmon is baking, blanch the broccolini in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes, then plunge into ice-cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
6
Once the salmon is ready, carefully open the foil packets. Serve each piece of salmon with a side of broccolini.
