Lustrous Honey Smooched Salmon with Zesty Mango Relish

In a bowl, mix diced mangoes, diced bell pepper, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Set it aside.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub them with olive oil. Season them evenly with salt and crushed black pepper.

In a bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and honey. Stir until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Place the salmon fillets in the pan, ensuring they don't touch each other.

Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Brush them with half the honey-butter mix.

Flip the salmon fillets and pour the remaining honey-butter mix over them. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the fillets are opaque throughout and carry a lovely caramelized glint on the surface.
