1 cup brown rice. 1-1/2 to 2 cups water.
Cooking Directions:
Combine 1 cup Nishiki Brown Rice and 1-1/2 to 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking. By preference, add salt, butter, cheese or other flavoring. Bring to a soft boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 50 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Fluff with fork and serve.
