2 cups beef broth

1 tsp dried rosemary

8 oz sliced mushrooms

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp cornstarch

Pat dry each piece of pork tenderloin with a paper towel.

Season the pork slices on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork slices once the pan is hot,and saute them for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

MUSHROOM SAUCE

In the same pan, add the butter and let it melt. Add the chopped onions and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Next add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until the garlic is fragrant.

Sprinkle the cornstarch over the sautéed vegetables, stirring to evenly coat them.

Gradually add the beef broth while continuously stirring to avoid lumps. The cornstarch will help in thickening the sauce.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and rosemary, stirring well. Let it come to a simmer and cook for additional 5 minutes.

Finally, return the pork medallions back to the pan, nestle them in the sauce, and let it all warm up together before serving.
