In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Whisk until thoroughly mixed and set aside.

Marinate the chicken strips in half of the sauce for at least 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the whole wheat noodles as per the package instructions. Add the broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and continue to cook for another minute or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Lower the heat slightly and add the cooked noodles and broccoli to the skillet. Pour the remaining sauce over the top.

Toss everything together and continue to cook for about 1 minute, until some of the sauce is absorbed into the noodles.
