Place the bone-in pork chops in a sealed plastic bag or dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring all the pieces are covered.

Place it in the refrigerator and leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
DRY RUB AND GRILLING

In a separate bowl combine light brown sugar, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard and black pepper. This forms your dry rub.

After the marinating time, remove the pork chops and pat them dry. Apply the dry rub generously on all sides of the pork chops.

Preheat your grill to medium heat and grill the pork chops for approximately 7-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
