Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer half of the provolone cheese on top of the bottom halves.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped cooked steak and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Evenly spread the cooked steak over the cheese layer.

Add another layer of provolone cheese over the steak, followed by a layer of crispy fried onions. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika.

Brush one-fourth of the glaze over the top of the rolls. Reserve the remaining glaze and keep warm.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove the sliders from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cut, and serve warm with the remaining garlic butter glaze for dipping.
