1
Generously spray a low-sided baking dish with cooking spray.
2
Add frozen Parkerhouse Rolls in a single layer, and let thaw (covered) in the fridge overnight or on countertop for a few hours. Let rise at room temperature until they have doubled in size.
3
To make homemade Italian seasoning, combine dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary in a small bowl. Set aside.
4
Preheat oven to 375º.
5
Bake the rolls for 12-14 minutes, until lightly golden on top. Let cool and then cut rolls in half lengthwise.
6
Place the bottom of the rolls back in the baking dish in a single layer.
7
Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce to the bottom of the rolls, then add a 3-inch round slice of provolone cheese (using a biscuit cutter to cut the provolone cheese to 3 inches).
8
Layer Bridgford Food’s Pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, using three slices of pepperoni per roll.
9
Add a tablespoon of pizza sauce to the tops of the rolls, and place them on top of the prepared bottom rolls.
10
Brush the egg wash on the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with homemade Italian seasoning and flake salt.
11
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve the sliders warm.
