In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Dredge the tenderized chicken in this mixture and set aside.
FOR THE PASTA

Cook pasta according to package instructions until just tender. Add broccoli florets last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
FOR THE SAUCES

In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, melt butter and add minced garlic, saute until fragrant. Mix half and half with bouillon and cornstarch. Whisk this mixture into the pot.

Continue to cook over medium heat until the sauce starts to bubble and thicken.
FOR THE PASTA

Add the drained pasta and broccoli back to the pot. Toss until they're fully coated with the sauce.
TO SERVE
