Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped green bell pepper and chopped onion until tender, stirring occasionally.

Add the ground beef to the skillet with the vegetables, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
