Preheat oven to 250F.

In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth and white wine over medium-high heat. Boil until reduced by one-third, about 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low, add lemon juice and whipping cream, and heat to a slow simmer. Add butter, one tablespoon at a time. Continue on a very low simmer, whisking occasionally while preparing the chicken and tomatoes.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a 12-inch skillet on medium-high heat. Lightly dredge chicken in the flour, shaking off excess, and cook until done, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to an oven-safe plate, cover with foil, and keep warm in the oven.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and reduce heat to medium. Cook the tomato slices in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes begin to break down and caramelize, about 4 minutes.

Stir in garlic cloves and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat.

Remove chicken from oven and slice diagonally into 1-inch thick slices. Add to the skillet and toss gently with tomatoes.

Stir ½ cup Parmesan cheese into the cream sauce until melted. Add ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper, then pour the sauce over the chicken mixture. Stir gently to combine.
