This delicious Cheesy Tortellini Al Forno combines cheese-filled tortellini with homemade, rich cheese sauce, fresh basil, and spinach, all topped with crispy bacon for added texture and flavor. The pepper Jack cheese adds a perfect spicy kick to the creamy dish.
In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon to drain on paper towels.

Using the same Dutch oven, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
4
Add fresh basil and cook for an additional minute.
5
Pour the lemon juice, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, pepper Jack cheese, and cream cheese into the Dutch oven. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.

In a separate pot, boil water and cook tortellini according to package instructions.
7
Once the tortellini is cooked, drain and add them to the cheese sauce.
8
Stir in the baby spinach until slightly wilted.
