In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and cooked shredded chicken. Stir until chicken is heated through.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a 9x13 inch baking pan, arrange the bottom halves of the sandwich buns.

Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the bottom buns then layer the heated chicken, basil pesto, and mozzarella slices. Place the top halves of the buns to complete the sandwiches.
