Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the honey and diced jalapeños. Allow it to come to a light simmer, then turn off the heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes to infuse the honey.
