Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add the 3/4 pound of Italian sausage to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon to crumble. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned.

Drain off excess fat and return the sausage to the skillet
