An easy to make, delicious and creamy pasta dish, perfect for a quick dinner or lunch. Indulge in the scrumptious combination of freshly cooked fusilli pasta, vibrant baby spinach, and a rich sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the fusilli pasta and cook until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside in a colander.

Using the same pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. To the melted butter, add the minced garlic, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until it's golden brown and aromatic.

Add in the roughly chopped baby spinach, stirring continuously till it starts to wilt.

Stir in the cooked pasta and heavy cream. Mix thoroughly till everything is well incorporated.

Add 1/2 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until combined. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.

Serve the pasta in bowls, garnishing with additional Parmesan cheese. Best enjoyed immediately while still warm.
