This classic Chicken Chow Mein combines tender chicken pieces, crispy veggies, and perfectly cooked noodles all coated in a savory sauce. Quick, easy, and bursting with flavor!
Prepare all ingredients as specified in the list above. Make sure to have them ready before starting to cook.
SAUCE

In a bowl, combine rice wine, white sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.
CHICKEN

Marinate the slices of chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce for 10 minutes.
NOODLES

Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
COOKING

In a large wok or frying pan, heat peanut oil over high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove the cooked chicken and set it aside.
