Custom sliced to order in our H-E-B Deli, this unsmoked provolone cheese is stagionato, or aged, for 90 days. The result? A more intense flavor and less moisture. Delicious placed onto an open roast beef sandwich or into a hot pastrami on rye, this provolone is made with milk from cows not treated with rBST (artificial growth hormone).
