Shaoxing Huadiao Cooking Wine, also known simply as Huadiao wine, is a traditional Chinese rice wine originating from Shaoxing. Huadiao wine is often used in Chinese cuisine for cooking, marinating, and flavoring various dishes, including stir-fries, braised dishes, and soups.
