Bob's Red Mill Cornmeal, Organic, Stone Ground, Medium Grind

Cornmeal, like many of corn products, is made from the highest quality yellow corn. Unlike degerminated cornmeal, Cornmeal contains the vital nutrients of the corn germ and endosperm, with zero saturated fat. Add it to your favorite polenta pizza crust recipe or dust it on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Note: this meal is finer than Bob's Red Mill coarsely ground polenta/grits.
