In a medium mixing bowl, mix together minced garlic cloves, pureed Asian pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, grated ginger, and ground black pepper.

Add the thinly sliced pork tenderloin and onion wedges to the bowl. Coat them well with the marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Without discarding the marinade, add the marinated pork and onions to the skillet. Ensure to allow each side a chance to touch the skillet for an even cook and sear.

Fry until the pork is fully cooked and the onions become tender. Approximately 5-7 minutes.
