In another large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, and oregano. Add 2 teaspoons of dry Ranch seasoning and toss to coat.

Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker, then place the chicken breasts inside. Cook the chicken in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes on high. Perform a quick release of the pressure once the time is up.
