Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the ground beef, garlic, and chopped onions until the beef is thoroughly browned. Drain excess fat.

In the same skillet, add the drained sweet corn, undrained green chilies, and canned refried beans. Mix well and cook until heated through.

Spread about one-third of enchilada sauce over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Next, layer half of the tater tots, followed by the ground beef mixture, then half of the shredded Mexican cheese.
