Prep all ingredients before beginning.

Set the Instant Pot to 'sauté' and once hot, add 1 tbsp ghee. Once melted, add the ground beef and break up the lumps to evenly brown. Sprinkle some sea salt while browning.

When the beef is 90% browned, add the diced onion and minced garlic, and mix well.

Add 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1 tsp paprika to the beef mixture and cook for an additional 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Stir in the diced bell peppers, then pour in 3 cups bone broth, 15 oz can tomato sauce, and 3/4 tsp fine grain sea salt.

Cancel the sauté function, stir the mixture, and place the Instant Pot lid on with the vent set to sealed position.
