2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
28 oz canned red enchilada sauce
2 tsp cumin
4 cloves garlic

28 oz canned crushed tomatoes

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat

Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, cumin and chili powder and stir for 2-3 minutes until the onions are soft

Increase the heat to medium high, add the ground beef to onion mixture and cook until no longer pink

Add crushed tomatoes and enchilada sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for another 10 minutes
