Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it on the center rack to heat as well.

Dust your working surface with the all-purpose flour. Roll out the store-bought pizza dough to a 14-inch diameter circle.

If using a pizza stone, carefully remove it from the oven. Alternatively, you can use a large baking sheet. Brush the surface with 1 tsp of olive oil and place the dough on it.
