Zanetti Parmigiano Reggiano is a hard cheese made from cow’s milk. Its characteristic flavor and texture are the result of production that is limited to specific provinces in Italy, precise production methods, controlled feeding of the cows, and strict standards that govern its P.D.O. mark of quality. The cheese is cured for 24 months. During maturation, the cheese develops a typical granular, crumbly texture and a dairy/buttery, nutty flavor. Flavor intensifies with age. Made in Italy
