Our grower, Cherrystone Aqua Farms, harvests our clams at the peak of perfection and cleans them for your convenience, resulting in a grit free clam. Small and briny-sweet, littleneck clams are the clam of choice for most clam recipes. Live shellfish should be kept under refrigeration and should not be stored in a sealed container.
