YOU WILL NEED? 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp seasoning 1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved DIRECTIONS? In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil. Add seasoning and sauté for 1 minute. Increase heat, add shrimp and lemon juice. Stir well and sauté until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque throughout, about 3 minutes. Taste and add additional seasoning if more heat is desired. Serve with toasted bread.
