Patak's Spice Paste, Biryani Curry, Medium

Patak’s Biryani, concentrated curry paste medium, is a thick paste of ground spices preserved in oil, especially made to be used as a base for delicious, authentic tasting biryani curry. This formula is all vegetarian and gluten-free. It doesn't contain any artificial colors or flavors, only water, canola oil, coriander, cumin, ginger, salt, sugar, spices, turmeric and chili pepper. Each jar contains 10 oz. of concentrated curry paste.
