H-e-b Fresh Premium Cherry Plums

A popular type of stone fruit, H-E-B premium cherry plums are grown in California and have a refreshing sweet-tart taste. Underneath their smooth, thin reddish skin is a dense yellow flesh. Only in season for a limited time, cherry plums can be diced and simmered down for a finishing sauce that pairs well with pork, or simply enjoyed as a summery fruit snack.
