Our Ahi Tuna steaks are produced from raw material caught by long-line vessels in a fishery that is currently undergoing a Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) recognized by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). Ahi Tuna steaks are once-frozen and cut from fresh high-grade Tuna Loins, then CO-enhanced to help retain their bright natural red color. Individually Vacuum Packed to retain freshness and bright red color.
