Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Flour, 22 oz is 100% stone ground from whole yellow corn kernels on our slow-turning stone mill in our dedicated gluten free facility. It has a wonderful flavor and produces a cornbread that is richer and less crumbly than one made with cornmeal. Our gluten free corn flour can also be added to bread dough, cookies, muffins, biscuits, and waffles! When baking with corn flour, you may need to add a binder like xanthan gum or guar gum.
