Sizzling, tender beef strips coated in a marvellously balanced, sticky, honey-teriyaki sauce, topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions. A superbly flavorful meal ready in a jiffy.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornflour, and rice vinegar. Add the beef strips, making sure every piece is coated, and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic cloves, ginger paste, and a mixture of cornflour and cold water (to create a slurry). Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
FINISH WITH

Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and stir fry the marinated beef until slightly browned. The beef does not need to be fully cooked in this step.

Add the prepared sauce to the wok and stir, making sure every strip is covered. Cook until the sauce thickens and the beef is cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced spring onions before serving.
