In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, cumin, salt, black pepper, jalapeño, and garlic until well combined.
Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade and refrigerate.
Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the remaining marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferable overnight for maximum flavor.
