Spread a quarter cup of barbecue sauce on each flatbread, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese onto each flatbread, followed by an even layer of cooked shredded chicken breast, using 2 ounces per flatbread.
